We Told You: Obama to Tax –> YOU

I have a whole lot of liberal friends and family members… many of them very supportive of the current President of the United States. Knowing I am a conservative, one of the many arguments I heard over and over again from them during the campaign was how President Obama will NOT ever raise taxes on me. Why not? Because I am in the middle class. Remember, Obama promised on the campaign trail — actually pledged — that he would NOT raise taxes on anyone making $250K a year or less… only on the “RICH”.

But Obama’s hapless but likable Press Secretary says otherwise:

Keep in mind that the question posed was about new taxes to pay for the Obamacare health care program, which does not even begin to touch on the giant job killing Cap and Tax scheme just passed by the House. Yes, sir… new taxes are on the way, and America voted for them. Lots of surprises ahead for all you Hope and Changers.

Let’s hope the Senate has more common sense than you did last November…

Errr… oh man… let’s not only hope, but let’s get ready to have ourselves some TEA as well.

My Republican Congressman Says Cap and Trade is Good for America.

And, he caught the Green River Killer.

Did you catch the Green River Killer?

    No, no you didn’t.

You can hear his interview here.

Dave Reichert SPEAKS: says Cap and Trade will be good for America

He argued that the expense would not be what the Heartland Institute, Heritage Foundation, and Wall Street Journal were predicting. He argued that it would cost around $.48 per day and that we would have better national security, more nuclear, coal and refining capabilities, and a cleaner environment with the bill. He argued that the conservative arguments against were mistaken, and that Washington specifically would be better off even though the bill was imperfect.

And, he caught the Green River Killer.

Yeah, it took him a couple of decades, but better late than never.

I hear Fox was thinking about making the Series 24 about Reichert. But instead of showing 24 hours in a day they would have to make each episode a year.

I don’t know what John is smoking, but I want some. I wonder if it’s covered under the new Obamacare plan. Hmmm…

    Buzzkill, I’ll second your assessment.

Green River killer? Where does that play into the equation?
