OOPS! Naive Obama Accepts America-Bashing Book from Hugo Chavez

Obama may mean well in his diplomatic and foreign relations efforts, but this continued ‘learning on the job’ is making an absolute arse out of himself and America around the globe.

Case in point: I saw this latest gaffe on Breitbart as I was doing my Saturday Night blogbrowsing. While attending the Summit of Americas in Trinidad, President Obama openly shakes the hand of scumbag dictator Hugo Chavez (why?), and then accepts a book that flogs the U.S. as well as others for exploiting Latin America. He was absolutely played for a fool! At least Bush ducked when he saw something coming at him. Obama? Not so much. See for yourself …

It is one thing to actually believe the nonsense that the world hates us because we are ugly Americans and bad, its quite another to bow (pun intended) to this nonsense with weakness, apology and now naivety. The world has not and does not hate America. As an example, here is an analogy comparison between our country’s success and the story of Bill Gates.

bill-gatesEveryone loves to hate Bill Gates. He is wildly ‘rags-to-riches’ successful, flawed and powerful. Almost everyone believes in his leadership and he commands respect. His company is absolutely dominant, and Gates is often branded as ‘The Evil Emperor’ of the software industry because of a sometimes ruthless approach to winning in business, and mostly just flat-out jealousy. Yet many would give their left arm to work for him at Microsoft. He also has a humble, likeable demeanor and is by far the most generous individual on the planet, probably saving the lives of millions through his charitable efforts. Bill Gates need not apologize for achieving greatness through his hard work, business savvy, innovation, success and giving; just like America shouldn’t. Our leaders need to recognize this and act accordingly.

George W. Bush may have been too cocky with American power, and that rubbed some the wrong way. Obama is taking the exact opposite approach as a naive apologist and appeaser, which is way too far the other way. I hope that our current President recognizes how wrong this is and moderates appropriately. If he does not, his efforts to get the world to stop ‘hating’ us may lead them to do something far more dangerous: no longer respect us. If Uncle Hugo’s bold move is any indication, it may already be happening.

One of the points that is not being explained is that as President Obama , voted in by the citizens of the USA to uphold the honor of America, goes around apologizing, slamming, knocking and just plain dissing the great USA (and I am not an American !)he is absolutely making sure that HE the great Messiah is not placed in that Ameican boat. He even went so far as to joke that he was “only 5 months old” when all those hateful things done by the Satanic USA occured.

I don’t care what lessons Chavez wishes to let us know about, the history of South America is one of dicators, ruthless bloodshed and oppresion. Why, on god’s earth, would Obama engage a man who is Anti-Us is beyond me. He represents the US, he acts like a schoolboy going to his first backstreet boys concert…all gaga….

    how utterly embarrasing!!

The reason Chavez handed the book to Mr. Obama is that Mr. Obama wrote the frontiespiece and Hillary Clinton and Ophrah are the nude centerfolds.
The only really naive thing about this is electing Obama.

Mr. Obama is a schoolboy out on a lark that just happens to be the US Presidency.
