Levin: Conservatives Need to Take Over Republican Party

Conservative radio talkshow host Mark Levin was on Your World with Neil Cavuto to promote his new book: Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto. The book has become a best seller on Amazon.com so interest in the subject matter seems to be very high – and rightfully so. Conservatives in government have now taken a backseat to the liberal and socialist movement, or ‘Statists’ as he calls them, thanks to the failed leadership in the Republican Party. I say Republican because this has been the party in the not so distant past that actually governed using Conservative principles, that was until George W. Bush and Denny Hastert. Now the party is floundering with no real identity other than the one Democrats and liberals stick to it. Mark Levin is suggesting that the GOP needs a Conservative takeover in order for the party to be successful, and ultimately for our country to be successful. I wholeheartedly agree.

Mark Levin, “The Great One” as many call him, is one of the smartest guys out there espousing true conservative principles. Outside the hardcore conservative community he is not well known – hopefully that will change.

His last tome, Men in Black, highlighted the judicial tyranny that is occuring within the Supreme Court (and other courts) are really the power brokers in America. I’m sure this latest book is just as well researched as the last NYT best seller.

I love “The Great One.” I learn something every time I listen to his show. His intellect is amazing. Being a constitutional lawyer, his knowledge is huge when it comes to the Constitution and the founding principles. He runs a foundation that supports conservative agendas, as well.

Actually, the Republican Party needs to be fully changed, or a new party created.

The Republican record is one of opportunism and pandering to various support groups.

The expansion of Federal Power under these opportunists is no different than the Dems.

The Constitution is just another thing to be manipulated.
